post race langkawi

i am just back from ironman langkawi....last night was the closing ceremony.
as usual, my buddies n i were up chatting n laughing n sharing jokes up to 4am last night.
My head felt really dizzy this morning.
some of them i have known for more than eight years!
like Taro , Tomoko as seen next to me in the photo above.
I am sorry the pre race n race photos have to come in later! i will compile them when i am free.

Yasuko (japanese pro triathlete who posted 10h 17mins) was my room mate for the trip.
Both of us making a fashion statement with our recovery compression socks!
and a little alcohol before the awards night!
Taro threatened not to bring us to the dinner if we wore the socks!
hahaha!

With Dino whom i have have known since he was 10 years old! and Puzi a great host whenever Razani n I are down in KL for races.

With Steve n Karoline who supported n cheered for me during the race.

I enjoyed this trip mainly because my family made a trip to watch me race, and also i got to see many friends who have been so supportive of me whenever n wherever n whatever i do.
I am really blessed to have many people who genuinely care for me :)

Well , it' s time to rest n start some clinic work tomorrow.
I will post some stories to share with u soon!
