To be honest, i have not been having any structured workouts for a long while....slightly more than a year.
I had to do with what i could manage with time constraints, mainly because i had been so busy researching for the move over to Australia.
It feels that i have been in Noosa for a few months, but in fact i have only been here for just under a month!
It has been hectic, attending seminars over the past 2 weekends, especially having to fly to Melbourne.
Now that i am back in Noosa, I am just glad i can put my feet down and finally get settled in here.
I got out my trainer ! and placed in front of my tv .most days i will cycle outside, just because it's so beautiful out there.
I joined a gym today. there are several choices, but i chose one which is on the way home from work...so i have no excuse to skip it in the evening!
i also joined the Noosa Aquatic centre for swim practices. It's cold out there in the mornings!
I realised i have put on weight! must be the croissants , cheeses, youghurts and potatoes !
I bought a blender and raided the Woolworth freezers for some frozen berries.
I bought several selections. they are much cheaper here,equivalent of RM7.50, whereas the same box of blueberries cost about RM24 in malaysia!
I am just glad to be back at it! eating well, working out and feeling good.
i hope to be fit soon:)

Great to see you settling in well in Noosa, Fiona. Perhaps I'll see you gracing the course of Langkawi again next year? I've just booked my cheap Air Asia flights, so I'm a bit excited! ;)
